This program is custom-designed by our Olympic Head Coach specifically for athletes in other sports.
Pilates demands intense focus. You have to concentrate on what you're doing all the time. And you must concentrate on your entire body for smooth movements. In Pilates the way that exercises are done is more important than the exercises themselves. The Pilates technique asserts that physical energy exerted from the center should coordinate movements of the extremities. This program is an excellent way to get mentally and physically fit!
Research has proven that children involved in sports and recreation have higher self esteem, perform better academically, are more likely to become healthy adults, and are less likely candidates for absenteeism, substance abuse and crime. Gymnastics, is a perfect choice to promote physical literacy, it is a sport that is multifaceted, incorporating strength, flexibility, speed, balance, power, grace and concentration.
